- Service Unavailability: If our service experiences extended unavailability (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

3. Credit Pack Refunds
3.1 One-Time Credit Purchases
Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests if:

3.2 Used Credits
Once credits have been used to generate images, they cannot be refunded. This applies regardless of satisfaction with the generated results.
